Where the parts go

Parts for the machines that make things

  • Semiconductor equipment

Hsinchu sits next to Taiwan’s chip fabs, and much of the supply chain here builds for the tools inside them: chamber fittings, wafer-handling brackets, gas-line blocks.

  • Automation & robotics

End-of-arm tooling, gripper fingers, linear-axis plates, shafts and couplings. Short runs, frequent revisions.

  • Optics & instruments

Lens mounts, sensor housings, adaptor rings, enclosures. Flatness and bore position over looks.

  • Medical & lab devices

Fixtures, frames and manifolds for analysers and lab automation. Implants: not made here.

Routing

OP10–OP50

Five operations on every order. The batch does not run until the first-article report is approved.

  1. OP10

    Drawing review

Every dimension, tolerance and note is read. A tolerance that is unclear or costly to hold gets a question before it gets a price.

  2. OP20

    Quotation

Unit price for each quantity asked, lead time, Incoterm: EXW Hsinchu, FOB Taiwan port or DAP.

  3. OP30

    First article

First parts measured against the drawing. Report sent for approval.

  4. OP40

    Production

Batch run with in-process checks. Finishing in house or at a partner shop.

  5. OP50

    Inspection & shipping

Final inspection, export packing, invoice and packing list. Tracking number by email.
